Pressand hold the button to turn the TV on and off. While the TV is on, press the button normally to bring up a menu. While the menu is active, press the button again to cycle through the options. Cycle through to the volume controls, and you can turn your TV's volume up or down. Press the button for slightly longer to select a volume control.
